DESCRIPTION:
The system operates through sequential evaporation in multiple chambers, reducing energy consumption by utilizing the latent heat from previous stages. Constructed from SS316L stainless steel, it meets cGMP, USP, and EP standards. The process requires purified water as feed and industrial steam as a heat source, maintaining an operating temperature of 100-180°C. The final distillate is continuously monitored for conductivity, TOC, and endotoxin levels. Designed with double-tube sheet heat exchangers and sanitary connections, it prevents cross-contamination and microbial growth. The system is typically equipped with automatic control, ensuring stable operation and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
